CLOUDWALKER ROBOTICS

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

It can be adapted to most mainstream curtain wall structures such as flat glass, horizontal and vertical framed glass, stone, aluminum plate, etc. It supports buildings with surface protrusions of ≤ 20 cm and can cover 85%-90% of the curtain wall types available on the market, making the scene highly versatile.

Traditional spidermen cannot operate in winds of 4-5 levels. The cloud robot can operate stably in 6-level strong winds, effectively extending the effective operation time and having a higher construction fault tolerance rate.

The cleaning width of the equipment can be flexibly adjusted, with a range of 0.6-1.5 meters. It can adapt to various widths of curtain wall structures and has flexible adaptability.

The equipment has been verified through actual construction of over 1 million square meters, with mature and stable performance and low failure rate. Only contact-type wear parts such as scraping strips and roller brushes need to be replaced regularly, with a replacement cycle of 3-6 months, and the maintenance cost is extremely low.

The average daily working area can reach 1,500 - 2,500 square meters. Depending on the structure and height of the curtain wall, there is a slight fluctuation. The working efficiency of a single robot is equivalent to that of 3 - 5 spidermen, and the production capacity is significantly superior.

Different from manual cleaning which is only single-directional and single-time, the robots adopt a "bottom-up spray cleaning + top-down precise cleaning and scraping" dual cleaning process. The cleaning layers are more detailed and the cleanliness is higher.

Equipped with three core functions of flushing, scrubbing, and water scraping, the scrubbing force is 10 times that of manual cleaning, and the rotation frequency of the brush is 20 times that of manual cleaning. It achieves deep cleaning. Throughout the process, environmentally friendly neutral agents can be used, without strong acid or strong alkali corrosion, and it does not damage glass, rubber strips, aluminum frames and surrounding green plants. It is environmentally friendly and can maintain the curtain wall.

It is charged uniformly by area. The overall price is lower than that of traditional spiderman operations. The final quote is adjusted flexibly according to the height of the building, the complexity of the curtain wall structure, and the degree of dirtiness.

The conventional configuration is 3 - 5 robots working in a matrix pattern. The standard configuration is 3 robots + 4 staff members (3 people operate on the ground and 1 person sets up ropes and moves positions on the roof). For example, for a 20,000 square meter building, the entire cleaning operation can be completed in 3 - 5 days, with a short construction period.

① Safer: The entire process is carried out without human operation at heights, equipped with multiple intelligent protection systems such as wind speed, gravity, and impact detection, which completely eliminates the risk of falling from heights and avoids potential safety hazards in property management;

② More environmentally friendly: Abandoning strong acid and strong alkali cleaning agents, using neutral and environmentally friendly chemicals, which do not damage the curtain wall structure, and after cleaning, a dust-proof coating can be formed, prolonging the service life of the curtain wall;

③ Easier to manage: High efficiency cost reduction, standardized operations, significantly reducing recruitment, management, and safety control costs, helping enterprises reduce costs and improve quality.

① Better cleaning effect: The unmanned vehicle only performs simple water spraying without brushing or scraping processes, and the cleaning is not up to standard; the equipment is equipped with three cleaning systems, deep decontamination, and 100% qualified delivery for projects of one million square meters;

② No secondary pollution: The acidic chemical agents of the unmanned vehicle are prone to splashing and damaging the curtain wall and green plants, while the equipment uses pure water or environmentally friendly chemicals, zero pollution, and zero damage;

③ Higher operation height: The unmanned vehicle can only support operations up to 100 meters, while the equipment can achieve super high-rise operations of over 200 meters;

④ Stronger safety: The unmanned vehicle is prone to crashing, requires special reporting, and is prohibited from flying in many places; the equipment is equipped with self-locking safety ropes, automatically locking in scenarios such as power failure, strong wind, and overload, and will never fall.

① Broader adaptability: The suction cup robot has no obstacle-crossing ability and is only suitable for flat glass, covering only 5% of the curtain wall scenarios; the equipment is equipped with an original climbing cloud system, suitable for 90% or more of curtain wall materials and structures;

② Continuous operation: The suction cup robot has short battery life and needs to be recharged and stop after 30 minutes; the equipment uses tethered power supply, allowing 24-hour uninterrupted continuous construction;

④ Better cleaning effect: The suction cup robot uses circulating water supply, with a small water volume that is prone to clogging the filter, and does not clean thoroughly for heavy contamination; the equipment can adjust the water supply, suitable for various dirty scenarios, and has a more outstanding cleaning effect.
